PURPOSE OF USE:

The PK 1300 KBA circular saw is a stationary machine, designed for automatic transverse cutting (bucking) of round logs with a length of 2.5 - 4 m and a diameter of up to 45 cm into shorter lengths. The openable side guard providing access to the circular saw is secured with a locking device which enables the opening of the cover after the circular saw drive is completely stopped.The material to be processed is fed towards the cutting zone by means of a conveyor, passing through the entire length of the feeding table. At the moment of making the working movement of the saw, the material is fixed with clamps. After leaving the cutting zone, the cut material is caught by the receiving conveyor.The control system of the circular saw PK 1300 KBA is located on a portable frame. It performs the function of switching on, monitoring the operation and switching off the drive.

It is widely used in pallet production, it is also used in small-capacity sawmills.

PRZEZNACZENIE:

Pilarka tarczowa typu PK 1300 KBA to maszyna stacjonarna, konstrukcyjnie przeznaczoną do automatycznego przecinania poprzecznego drewna okrągłego o długościach 2,5 – 4 m i średnicy do 45 cm na krótsze odcinki. Otwierana osłona boczna zapewniająca dostęp do piły tarczowej, została zabezpieczona urządzeniem ryglującym umożliwiającym otwarcie odsłony po całkowitym zatrzymaniu napędu piły tarczowej.Materiał przeznaczony do obróbki podawany jest w kierunku strefy cięcia za pomocą przenośnika przechodzące przez całą długość stołu podawczego. W chwili wykonywania ruchu roboczego piły, materiał zostaje unieruchomiony dociskami. Przecięty materiał po opuszczeniu strefy cięcia zostaje przechwycony przez transporter odbiorczy.System sterowania pilarki tarczowej PK 1300 KBA znajduje się na przenośnym stelażu. Realizuje on funkcję włączania, kontroli pracy i wyłączania napędu.
