PURPOSE OF USE:

The main task performed by the turner is the rotation of the tree log around its axis in order to obtain its optimal positioning, align it with the plane of the circular saws in the scragg mill. The turning system is realized by rotating rollers. The drive mechanism for lifting the rotating shafts is located in the lower part of the turning table. It consists of a gear motor that transmits the drive through a chain gear to the lifting mechanism.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

The turner is used with circular sawmills. It fits perfectly with the TD500 and TD630 models. There are two versions of the turner differing in the maximum length of the rotated log: up to 2500mm and up to 6000mm.

PRZEZNACZENIE:

Głównym zadaniem realizowanym przez obracarkę jest obrót kłody drzewa wokół własnej osi w celu jej optymalnego ustawienia względem płaszczyzny pił tarczowych w traku. System obracania realizowany jest przez walce obrotowe. Mechanizm z napędem realizującym podnoszenie wałów obrotowych umiejscowiony jest w dolnej części stołu obracarki. Składa się z motoreduktora przenoszącego napęd przez przekładnię łańcuchową na mechanizm podnoszenia.

OBSZAR ZASTOSOWANIA:

Obracarka znajduje zastosowanie przy trakach tarczowych. Idealnie pasuje do modeli TD500 oraz TD630. Występują dwie wersje obracarki różniące się maksymalną długością obracanej kłody: do 2500mm oraz do 6000mm.
