PURPOSE OF USE:

The 2/3-blade crosscut machine is used for cutting two-edged cants with a length of 800-1600 mm in the two-blade version and 800-1200 mm in the three-blade version (one of the supports enables a turnout up to 1600 mm). Placing the machine in front of the multi-saw reduces the processing time. The equipment requires a pneumatic supply - minimum pressure 6 bar. The machine is equipped with a conveyor for wood waste transporting. The machine consists of a body and a circular saws drive unit, a feed drive unit and an electrical control cabinet mounted on it. The body of the machine is a two-level structure welded from profiles and U-sections, shaped in such a way that it enables close access of the worker and convenient operation of the machine . In the lower part of the machine there are a main feed drive gear motor and a saw carriage drive gear motor. In the upper part of the machine, behind the covers, there is a saw support with motors (with brakes). The support of the saws is operated by sliding on bars placed horizontally at the two ends of the machine.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

The machine is placed in the production line, which allows for continuous work in automatic mode. The material is fed to the machine through a roller table. The material is picked up by means of a roller table.

PRZEZNACZENIE:

Formatówka 2/3-piłowa służy do formatowania pryzmy o długości w wersji dwu-piłowej 800-1600mm i w wersji trzy-piłowej 800-1200mm (jeden z suportów umożliwia rozjazd do 1600mm). Umieszczenie maszyny przed wielopiłą wpływa na zmniejszenie czasu obróbki. Urządzenie potrzebuje zasilania pneumatycznego – minimalnie ciśnienie 6 bar. Maszyna wyposażona jest w taśmociąg transportujący odpady. Obrabiarkę stanowi korpus oraz zamontowany na nim zespół napędu pił tarczowych, zespół napędu posuwu i szafka sterownia elektrycznego. Korpus obrabiarki jest dwupoziomową konstrukcją spawanych z profili i ceowników, ukształtowanych w ten sposób, że umożliwia bliskie podejście pracownika i wygodną obsługę obrabiarki.W dolnej części obrabiarki umieszczono motoreduktor napędu posuwu głównego oraz motoreduktor napędu suportu pił. W górnej części korpusu za osłonami umieszczono suport pił wraz z silnikami (z hamulcami). Suport pił pracuję przesuwając się na prętach umieszczonych poziomo na dwóch końcach maszyny.

OBSZAR ZASTOSOWANIA:

Maszyna ustawiona jest w linii produkcyjnej co pozwala na ciągłą prace w trybie automatycznym. Materiał do urządzenia podawany jest przez stół rolkowany. Odbieranie materiału odbywa się za pomocą stołu rolkowanego.
