PURPOSE OF USE:

Single blade crosscut machine is used for cutting two-edged cants to set target length. The material is cut according to the length set on the pneumatically folded support. The machine is equipped with 3-meteres infeed roller table and 3-meters outfeed table. The machine requires a pneumatic supply - minimum pressure 6 bar. Single blade crosscut saw is a machine where the saw is mounted vertically, directly on the motor shaft. The motor with the saw is located on a movable support. During cutting, the support moves transversely with respect to the material feeding.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

The machine is placed in the production line, which allows for continuous work in automatic mode. The material is fed to the machine through a roller table. The material is picked up by means of a roller table.

PRZEZNACZENIE:

Formatówka jednopiłowa służy do przecinania pryzmy na zadaną długość. Materiał formatowany jest według długości ustawionej na pneumatycznie składanym zderzaku. W zestawie z maszyną jest 3-metrowy rolkowany stół podawczy i 3-metrowy stół odbiorczy. Urządzenie potrzebuje zasilania pneumatycznego – minimalne ciśnienie 6 bar. Formatówka jest urządzeniem gdzie piła zamocowana jest pionowo bezpośrednio na wałku silnika. Silnik wraz z piłą umiejscowiony jest na suporcie ruchomym. Suport w czasie cięcia wykonuje ruch poprzeczny względem podawania materiału.

OBSZAR ZASTOSOWANIA:

Maszyna ustawiona jest w linii produkcyjnej co pozwala na ciągłą prace w trybie automatycznym. Materiał do urządzenia podawany jest przez stół rolkowany. Odbieranie materiału odbywa się za pomocą stołu rolkowanego.
