PURPOSE OF USE:

The FDR cross-cut circular saw is used for cross cutting of boards to the set length using circular saws. Depending on the version, it can have from two to six cutting supports on which electric motors are mounted. The circular saw in each cutting support is mounted on the shaft of the electric motor.
The spacing between the circular saw blades is manually adjusted with a crank through a toothed gear connected to the cutting supports. At the same time, the first support, looking from the side of the control panel, is always a fixed element and cannot be moved. The feed movement of the workpiece is carried out by a chain conveyor with pushers, whose transport chain is driven by an electric motor through a worm gear. The raw material to be processed is placed manually in the board magazine located at the beginning of the feeding zone, from which it is selected individually by the pushers of the feed mechanism towards the cutting zone. After cutting, the boards are transported to the material collection area.

PRZEZNACZENIE:

Formatowka FDR przeznaczoną do poprzecznego przecinania desek za pomocą pił tarczowych. W zależności od wersji może mieć od dwóch do sześciu suportów tnących, na których zamocowane są silniki elektryczne. Piła tarczowa w każdym suporcie tnącym mocowana jest na wale silnika elektrycznego.Rozstaw pomiędzy piłami tarczowymi regulowany jest ręcznie za pomocą korby poprzez przekładnię zębatą, sprzężoną z suportami tnącymi. Przy czym pierwszy suport patrząc od strony pulpitu sterowania jest zawsze elementem stałym bez możliwości przesuwania. Ruch posuwowy materiału obrabianego realizuje przenośnik łańcuchowy z zabierakami, którego łańcuch transportowy napędzany jest silnikiem elektrycznym poprzez przekładnię ślimakową. Surowiec przeznaczony do obróbki umieszczany jest ręcznie w magazynku desek usytuowanym na początku strefy podawania, z którego pojedynczo zostaje wybierany przez zabieraki mechanizmu posuwu w kierunku strefy cięcia. Po przecięciu, deski zostają przetransportowane do strefy odbioru materiału.
